Bushwalking & Trails
The Bushwalking Season for the alpine resort area is from November (Melbourne Cup weekend) until mid May.
Summer is a great time to explore Hotham Alpine Resort and the surrounding Alpine National Park, with a range of truly iconic alpine tracks and trails to choose from. A variety of tracks & trails access some of Australia’s best views, unique flora and fauna and some of the region's richest history. The Hotham region has something for suited to all fitness levels, age groups and interests everyone to discover. Outside the Bushwalking Season walking tracks & trails can be covered in snow and conditions not suited to bushwalking.
