Harrietville
Open extensive hours with Victoria’s largest range of rental snow chains. Resort Entry Easy Access kiosk, full ski rental shop, clean bathrooms, dedicated ski tuning workshop, off mountain car parking with Mt Hotham snow travel departure point. The gateway ski shop to Mt Hotham & Dinner Plain.

Hotham Village Centre
Located in the main day car park, right next door to The Resort Management Office. Open longer hours than any other snow sports store on the mountain.

Jackfrost
Most prominent store in the lodge precinct adjacent to car unloading zone and the bus stop. Closest rental location to Big D Kids Ski School.

Dinner Plain
The largest corner shop on the main roundabout in Village centre. Car parking available, adjacent to the Hotham/DP bus stop.

Hoys Chain Hire Omeo
Hoys chains are available to hire at 157 Day Avenue, Omeo. (Centre of town when you come down the hill, on your left from Bairnsdale). Shop located between the Omeo Post Office & Elders. Call in to hire Hoys quality chains and receive your 20% off ski & board package rental voucher for adults & children. Discounts are redeemable at any Hoys shops on the mountain. Mobile Chain Service

Located on the Harrietville approach this fantastic service moves to the current chain fitting/removal location. This service is offered FREE when you hire your chains from Hoys. Check Hoys website for more details including operating hours - www.hoysskis.com.au/chains/ 

All of our stores are open 7 days & in peak season - most are open until midnight Fridays and late on Saturday and Sunday.

We offer the greatest range of products with three performance levels: sport, performance and demo skis and snowboards, plus cross country skis. Hoys are obsessed with your comfort and stock a massive range of boots to fit all feet and lower leg shapes including female specific and high-performance boots. We also hire snowshoes & Fat Bikes.

We don’t buy the basic rental products you’ll get in the other stores. Our ski and snowboarding products are sourced from the very best (and most expensive) brands including Kastle, Dynastar, Roxy, Volkl, Nordica, Fischer, Salomon, Dalbello, Lange, Atomic, Elan, Rossignol and Burton. Rent the latest Performance and Demo skis & boards to challenge and improve your skills.

When driving to Mt Hotham, the Harrietville approach is the fastest way for most travellers. Diamond pattern snow chains are compulsory for ALL vehicles including 4WDs. Hoys Harrietville store is staffed by snow chain experts and stocks the largest range of rental snow chains in Victoria. We provide an exclusive mobile chain service which provides FREE fitting and removal for our chain hire customers on the Harrietville approach to Mt Hotham. If you have your own chains – we can fit & remove these for a fee. Hoys are the only operators on the mountain who will help you in the event of snow chain problems in either resort.

Are you ready for the best tune available? Hoys Ski Tuning Workshop offers a state of the art robotic ski and snowboard crystal glider: the Montana Snow Star & an infrared Wax Future. Located in Harrietville, we expertly maintain our fleet and your equipment.

To facilitate rapid and easy hiring, exchanging and returning of equipment, Hoys operates a computerised “easy rent” system. This allows faster service and for returning customers, the ability to easily rehire their favourite equipment. We encourage our customers to pre-book & prepay 72 hours in advance to receive 25% off Adult, Youth & Child’s Ski & Board packages- minimum 2 days rental.  Once your details are in the system – as a return customer this should make your transaction quick & easy.
