Scenic Rides
Chairlift rides at the Big D
Enjoy the magical 360° views of Hotham and not have to put on a pair of skis or a snowboard. Scenic chairlift rides are a great way to see the resort.
Scenic chairlift rides are available at the Big D chairlift only. Ride to the top of Mt Higginbotham, take a walk around and enjoy the breathtaking views overlooking the valley.
The availability of this service is subject to lift load capacity and weather conditions. In winter, this service may not be available at peak times (such as school holidays) due to Ski & Ride school lessons having priority for lift usage.
Scenic rides must be completed by 3pm. Minimum age: 4 years (and must be accompanied by an adult).Â
