Aardvark Lodge
Aardvark is a cosy, family-friendly club lodge offering 31 beds across 8 bedrooms sleeping between 2 and 6 in doubles, singles and bunks on three levels.
It is the highest private lodge at Mt Hotham and contains a self-catering kitchen. Aardvark is where you’ll discover a true alpine experience nestled amongst the snow gums, with stunning scenery all around you.
Separate male & female bathroom facilities and one unisex bathroom with bath and toilet available to all.
Aardvark provides a wonderful base location for so many activities out of the ski season. There are magnificent bushwalks and other activities including 2WD, 4WD & bike (motor or pedal) touring close at hand.

Arrabri Ski Club 
With superb views, you can put your feet up, relax and watch the sun set over some of Australia's most spectacular scenery.
Arrabri offers excellent facilities such as a fully equipped commercial kitchen and billiard room, central heating with individual room controls, and tea and coffee facilities.

Asgaard Alpine Club
Asgaard is a spacious lodge that offers ten ensuite bedrooms accommodating either 3, 4 or 6 people. They provide ensuite family bedrooms - linen/towels provided. Includes daily light breakfast.
Comfy lounge retreats for parents, a media room for kids and a well equipped dual self cater kitchen. Asgaard has convenient car parking directly in front. Superb balcony views and we reckon the best fireplace on the mountain!

Austen Alpine Club
Austen is a non-profit club providing comfortable and convenient accommodation for individuals, families and groups who are looking for a friendly place to stay, rather than in an impersonal unit or flat.
The lodge commands breathtaking views of the adjacent mountains, and is surrounded by snow gums and wildlife. You can either self-cater using the well-appointed kitchen, or enjoy a meal out at the General Store Hotel nearby.
We supply tea, coffee and condiments, doonas and pillows. BYO food and drinks, sheets, pillow cases and towels.

Brush Ski Lodge

Langi-Taan Ski Club
Langi-Taan overlooks Heavenly Valley. We are a private club lodge operating on a not-for-profit basis to ensure that all guests enjoy Mt Hotham at an affordable rate. Langi-Taan is ideal for larger groups planning events such as hiking, photography, weddings, reunions, school groups and clubs.
The lodge accommodates 40 people in 13 rooms. We have nine private rooms suited for two people, seven of which are doubles, the remainder containing single bunk beds. There is a family room for four. The lodge also has a bunk room for six singles and two shared rooms for six in doubles & singles.
Langi-Taan has two dining rooms, the small lounge with a fire place have full width windows taking in the slopes and the natural beauty of the surrounding snowgum covered mountains. The lodge has a fully equipped kitchen with commercial sized fridge and freezer, walk-in cool room with individual storage spaces, commercial dishwasher and food storage space for each person in the lodge. A large drying room, games room, laundry and day storage area compliment the lodge.
Tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, bathroom necessities, bedrooms contain doonas & pillows. BYO linen, pillow slips and towels as well as bringing their own food and drinks.

Fountains Apartments
SPECIAL: Book two consecutive nights at any available Fountains Apartments and receive the third night free, plus your choice of an early check in or late check out.*

Fountains Apartments are located in Central Hotham, next door to The Arlberg. Apartments 15, 16 & 18 are located along the front of the complex and have commanding views of the resort and high country mountains. Unit 12 is a smaller, basic apartment without a view.
Apartments 15, 16 & 18 have direct access to the walkway with amazing views. The floor to ceiling doors/windows mean you’ll savor the view or, if it’s a nice day, open them up and let the sun shine in. Each apartment has great heating, and kitchen facilities. Each apartment is fully self contained and all linen is provided.
*Note - Fountains is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues
- Apartment 12 – Small, basic studio apartment with one double bed *sleeps two
- Apartment 15 – Two bedroom apartment with one double bed in the master bedroom, 2 single bunks in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge *sleeps 4-5

Parking is available at the base of the access stairs on Great Alpine Rd, where you can walk up to the apartments. Alternatively, parking is also available on Higgi Drive, at the rear of the apartment building, where you can walk down to the apartments. Higgi Dve is accessed from the Corral car park – which is the large car park located on the right, as you enter Hotham Village from the Harrietville side.

Lionshead Apartments
Lionshead apartments are fully self-contained apartments situated only 300 meters from The General (the only venue open in summer). They are close to many walking tracks and will provide a nice, clean environment for the weary traveller. Accomodation is NON- SMOKING and NO PETS
The apartments are spilt level, they have two and a half bedrooms. The third being a non-private loft area, good for extra kids or friends. They all have shower-spa baths and toilet in the bathroom, all contained upstairs. They have a cosy open living, lounge/dinning and kitchen area downstairs. Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The building has a shared laundry area with washing machine and dryer. -Can sleep 1 – 6/8 guests (2 queen- 1-2 bunks) - $250 per/night – Tariff includes Sheets and Towels
We also have an apartment available as a lodge style (SHARED ROOM) for those on a budget. With two bedrooms with built-ins. These brand new fully self-contained, two bedroom apartments are available for summer holiday rental. Boasting the most breathtaking views in Australia, you can now experience everything that the Alps has to offer whilst enjoying all the comforts of home.
