For an early start
- Start at: Loch Carpark
- Make the most of: convenient parking and First Tracks. Get out there while the sun is rising and beat the crowds. Every Wednesday to Sunday, Heavenly Valley chairlift starts spinning at 7.30am, with free access included for Epic Australia Pass holders.
- Explore more: After you’ve lapped up Heavenly, take a break at Joyce Brockhoff Hut for great coffee, food, and amazing views.
For corduroy groomers
- Start at: Heavenly Valley
- Make the most of: challenging groomers. When conditions are dream worthy and you’re looking for a challenge, push your limits on the corduroy runs Heavenly has on offer.
- Explore more: Make your way over to the Orchard from 9am for a path less travelled and to mix it up with some of our best tree runs. Trees offer wind protection and feed avid imaginations.
For first timers
- Start at: Summit
- Make the most of: Wide and groomed terrain. Practice really does make perfect, and there’s no better way to practice your riding skills than on our smooth groomers.
- Explore more: Get your snow legs warmed up on the Summit’s progression perfect terrain before venturing over to The Drift for more of a challenge.
To take in the view
- Start at: Road Runner
- Make the most of: Sunny days on the slopes. When the sun is out there’s no better place to be than Road Runner. Cruise on over the Hotham bridge and take in the incredible views of Heavenly and Orchard.
- Explore more: Continue your journey on Sundowner for a coffee break at Snake Gully Hut or continue further down Swindlers Trail to connect back to the Village.
