2024 marked the Hoy family business operating in the Mt Hotham district for 90 years.

Offering 4 conveniently located rental shops including Hoys @ Jack Frost in the Lodges Precinct. Hoys offer exceptional, personal service, highest quality gear & super competitive prices.

We update our equipment each year so we can offer the right gear to suit your level of expertise & focus on the correctly fitting boots for your comfort. Gear available for hire includes skis, boards, helmets, cross country skis, snowshoes & cater for your family’s snow play days with snow clothing (size 00- 10XL) snow boots & toboggans for hire. We cater to individuals, families, social groups & schools. Rent in one Hoys store & swap or return gear in another for your convenience including our Hotham shop in the day carpark closest to the majority of Hotham’s lifts.
