Located at the top of the village next to the main car park, the Resort Management Visitor Services Office provides visitors with maps, local knowledge, and great advice on how to make the most of your visit to Mt Hotham. (Make sure you also check our handy Summer Planner!). 

In the downstairs guest transit lounge you will find fresh drinking water, public toilet facilities, indoor public seating and self-guided guest information. Enjoy this space at your own leisure.

Hotham Alpine Base (Whiskey Flat)

The new Hotham Alpine Base at Whiskey Flat is open to visitors, with indoor shelter and bathrooms. 
The Alpine base kitchen and function area can be hired for large groups. Visit Mt Hotham Alpine Base for more information.

Hotham Alpine Gateway (Previously Loch Car Park)

The Alpine Gateway visitor facility and multi-level car park operates as a year-round the trailhead, for the iconic Falls to Hotham Alpine Crossing in summer, and direct ski field access for skiers and boarders of all abilities in winter.

Hotham Alpine Gateway underground parking is currently closed while line-marking works are under way.
