Make the most of your day at Hotham. Connect with your friends on the slopes, track your ski days, view real-time resort information and see where you stack up on the Hotham Leaderboard.

Available for iPhones through the iTunes App store as well as Android phones through the Google Play store when you search HOTHAM.

The Hotham app has a mountain of benefits to help you track, see and share your time on the slopes.

Real-time lift and trail status

Know which trails are groomed, which lifts are open, and when they are scheduled to open all in real-time.

Real-time weather

No more guessing how many layers you’ll need with real-time weather including minimum temperature, wind speeds and how much snow has fallen in the last 24 hours.

Find and track your friends

Stay connected with friends by creating your own private group. See their current location in real-time on the resort map, what run or lift each person in your group is riding and the difficulty rating.

Send location-aware messages to your friends

Let your friends know where the conditions are epic! When using the quick messages feature your location will be automatically dropped into your message.

Track your day and season

Keep track on all of the details about your ski day and season. How many days skied, runs completed and vertical kilometres logged are all at the touch of a button.

Leaderboard

Compete for the top spot on the Hotham Leaderboard through days skied, lifts ridden and vertical metres logged.

After downloading, make sure you 'Allow' access to your devices location to capture your ski or ride day performance. Create an account then you are ready to hit the slopes.

There are two options for tracking, 'Solo Tracking' and 'Location Sharing'. Solo Tracking can be enabled by tapping the tracking banner on the home screen, then switching the Tracking button, on. Alternatively, you can open the Trail Map and tap the arrow at the top of your screen to start.

Location Sharing can be enabled by opening the Trail Map and tapping the Group Tracking icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. From here, you can either create a group for our friends to join or share privately, inviting select friends to follow your activity.

It is best to use the App with a fully charged battery as continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
