Mt Hotham boasts Australia’s highest fully operational commercial aerodrome for commercial and private or charter flights. Hotham is accessible from airports in both Victoria and NSW, with an approximate flight time of 45 minutes from Lilydale, Essendon, or Moorabbin airports, 30 minutes from Albury and Canberra, and 50 minutes from Sydney.

Hotham Airport offers a unique experience - arrive by charter or private flight, soar over the high country and hit the slopes within 30 minutes of landing.

Personal Flights

Charges: $16.50 inc GST per passenger on arrival and $16.50 inc GST per passenger on departure.

Refuelling services (Jet A1) are provided by Mt Hotham Airport. Credit card payments are accepted. A call-out fee is applicable after hours and outside of the designated ski season.

Transfers from the Airport to Hotham Village

The Alps Link bus service, which runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday between Bright and Omeo, will also pick up and drop off from Mt Hotham Airport by arrangement. Call Dysons on 03 5152 1711 for more information.
