Enjoy a European-inspired adventure among our beautiful snow gums at sunset, enjoying a gourmet experience in Alpine Nature Experience's unique eco-village. 

SNOWSHOE TO FONDUE

Leaving at sunset from the Wire Plain shelter, you'll snowshoe with the group to a hidden eco-village, where you’ll enjoy a delicious heart warming glass of Glühwein by the fire. You will then be invited into the central tipi, where you will learn the secret to making a traditional French fondue, with cheese imported for the occasion from French Alpine farms. 
Price includes snowshoe rental and a glass of mulled wine.

CHEESE FEAST - RACLETTE LUNCH

Alpine Nature Experience’s team invites you to a cheese feast like no other! Grill a half wheel of French cheese and scrape the melted goodness on baked potatoes, all accompanied by delicious charcuterie, smoked meats and a selection of wine and craft beer. Held in the heated tipi at Alpine Nature Experience’s eco-village this activity also includes a guided snowshoe tour.
Price includes snowshoe rental and a glass of mulled wine.

This can be organised most days for private groups. Please get in touch if your prefered date isn’t available. 

WINE AND CHEESE MASTERCLASS

Follow Jean-Francois on a gastronomic journey across the world of cheese and wine, pairing 10 French and Australian cheeses to six wines from  North East Victoria. Held in the heated tipi at Alpine Nature Experience’s eco-village and includes a guided snowshoe tour.
