Sir Loins is a popular steak house based out of Bright and now operating at Mt Hotham. Trading 7 nights a week through the winter season.

During the day the space is headed by local barista Maddi Allen, open from the early AM's until around lunch.
Roll in for some beers during "Appy hours" 12-4pm.
